Working with LaRonga
Quality and efficiency is what La Ronga is all about. Our goal is to always provide the right products, at the best possible price, delivered in a timely manner and backed by our integrity and commitment to service excellence.
• Our Call Center staff is available to take your order. You may also fax or email your order if you prefer. Coming soon to the La Ronga Bakery Website will be “On Line Ordering”.
• Customer Interaction is paramount. In addition to our Call Center Staff, we have Customer Service and Account Management Teams. These Teams are here to respond and work with you on solving any service related issues.
• You can contact the Customer Service Manager at ext.113. All problems will be addressed in a professional and timely manner. The Customer Service Manager will respond to your immediate issues with a positive attitude, keeping our long-term relationship in mind.
• Our Account Management Team will be contacting each customer at least twice per year to proactively solicit your feedback and suggestions. Your input will be submitted and used for improving the Customer Experience at La Ronga Bakery.
