Q. How do I place an order online? A. Currently under construction.
Q. How do I place an order by phone? A. To place an order by phone dial 617-625-8600 Dial “1” for the bakery menu and then “8” to leave order on voicemail, or push “1” for a live attendant. When ordering by voicemail make sure to leave your account name and number, the day and date for delivery and please use product codes followed by description and quantity.
Q. How do I place an order by fax? A. To place an order by fax dial 617-625-1853 Leave a phone number, account number and your name with all orders so you can receive an order confirmation.

Q. What time do my orders need to be placed by for next day delivery? A. Regular orders Monday-Friday need to be placed by 3:00 PM for next day delivery. Orders for Monday delivery must be placed by 3:00 PM Friday.
Saturday, any voice mail orders left after 1100AM will not be processed.
Sunday the office is closed. No Voice mail orders will be processed.
Please give us a few days notice for special events that require a large amount of breads, rolls or pastries…
Q. How do I order products other than La Ronga’s fresh baked breads? A. ALL CAKES, PASTRIES, COOKIES,CUPCAKES, MUFFINS, BAGELS, SYRIAN, LAVASH, DONUTS, SPECIALTY BREADS, CROISSANTS, DANISHES, COFFEE CAKES, TEA BREADS, CALZONES, PIZZA’S NEED TO BE ORDERED 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
Q. What time is someone available to speak with? A. Someone will be available in the office from 7:00AM until 3:00 PM Monday-Friday, and Saturday 7:00Am until 11:00 AM. After 5:00PM for an emergency situation dial “1” and then dial “5” for the night manager and we will do our best to help you.
Q. Is there a minimum for orders? A. Please do your best to meet a $75.00 minimum order.
Q. Can orders be cut by voicemail? A. Orders may not be cut via voicemail after 3:00 PM. No Exceptions!!
Q. Can standard orders or future orders be cancelled or cut by voice mail? A. Yes, they can be left on voice mail or by fax. Leave a phone number, account number, and your name so you can receive an order confirmation.
Q. Can I purchase bread if I am not a customer? A. Fresh bread is available daily at the Deli Retail Store. Press 2 for the Retail Bakery and Deli to place your order by phone for pick-up of larger quantities.
