La Ronga Bakery bakes and distributes an array of Rye Breads, Pan Breads, and whole grain healthy products.

La Ronga produces traditional sandwich and toasting breads and rolls, a wide assortment of dinner rolls, fantastic scala breads, French rolls and sticks, as well as up-scale salad-bar/line carving breads. Our Rye Breads, Bulkies, Challah Bread are excellent Deli staples. We make THE BEST ONION ROLL in the business. Everything we bake is kosher-parve, and most items are vegan, unless noted otherwise on the menu. Our par-baked breads, along with dinner rolls and breadsticks are great compliments to any meal.

La Ronga Bakery has a unique Hearty line of pan breads. A 24 oz. loaf that is full of flavor and eye appeal. From white and scala, to 100% whole wheat, 12-grain and ryes, this line works for deli as well as the table.

Our Gourmet line of 5 inch round sandwich rolls includes favorites such as our onion roll (with onion inside the dough), focaccia roll, bulkie and deli roll.

Hearth-style oval loaves are great for Panini’s, the deli, or your sandwich menu. From multi-grain, sour-dough, and Vienna, to cracked wheat, tomato basil, and all ryes, these breads are always popular. Whole, thick-sliced, or regular-sliced, our ovals are made to minimize product loss on the ends of the loaf.

La Ronga Bakery has great Healthy line of 100% Whole Wheat products and 100% whole grain breads and rolls.

While we are primarily specialty bakers of fresh breads, for our customers we do carry a full line of fresh breakfast items that compliment our bread lines, including a terrific branded bagel, authentic Artisan Breads, fresh sheet cakes, pies, and a complete line of fresh Syrian breads and Lavash wraps.

Products are available for distribution and at our retail store in Somerville.
